Even though she is very young, Julia’s culinary achievements are very impressive. Julia won a Polish edition of MasterChef Junior in 2017 and she is an author of her own cookbook. She partakes in the “Energy Team”, a project which combines sport with cooking and she is also involved in cooking for charity events.

Since 2014 the host of a famous TV program “Dzień Dobry TVN” that airs every Thursday, where such series as “O(d)żywieni” and “Kuchnia Widza” were created. The author of three culinary books, and co-author of another two. Her recipes were published by editorial office of “Dzień Dobry TVN” where only the best chefs were favoured. Since 2017 an ambassador of Lidl, where along with Karol Okrasa she supports the campaign “Traditionally or modern”.
Known as the Surfer from Wrocław. Dumplings created for Mandu are an upgraded version of those that gave Mateusz the title of a winner of 6th edition of MasterChef. He’s a talented chef, passionate about snowboard and surfing. Loves to look for the new paths and bring (not so obvious) things together which both in the kitchen and riding the board gives him a chance to create his own, unqiue style.
Dumplings of the Champions is a project created in order to give our guests a chance to try recipes that come from the best chefs in Poland. The project is gradually progressing and with time will be expanded with new guest chefs.
