Deep fried korean spicy dumplings with minced pork, tofu, kimchi, ginger, leek and a dash of sesame oil. Served with kimchi and ponzu sauce based on soy sauce.
Chinkali – 6 pieces
Boiled georgian dumplings made with hand-minced beef and pork meat with parsley and coriander seeds. The traditional way of eating is by biting the lower part of dumplings and drinking the broth from the inside first, followed by eating the rest of the dumplings while holding the wrapped ends.
Pielmieni – 15 pieces
Russian boiled dumplings made with hand-minced beef and pork meat with onion. Served with sour cream.
Mazurskie – 12 pieces
Deep fried dumplings with white sausage, mushrooms and onion served with sauce based on hand-grated horseradish.
Jiaozi – 12 pieces
Deep fried chinese dumplings with pork, noodles, carrots, mun mushrooms, cabbage and chive served with lime sauce.
